An article I wrote for the Matador Network: The World’s Largest Independent Travel Magazine was published this morning.
!!!!!!!!!
I know, right?
“Get published in Matador” has been on my life to-do list ever since I first discovered the webzine two years ago. Seriously. It’s been right up there with “Write a book”, “Learn French” and “Find somewhere I want to live for more than four months”, and since I’ve managed to accomplish exactly zero of those other things, I’d say that makes being published in Matador one of the coolest things I’ve done in a very long time.

So read my article. It’s about planes, pigs and Pomeranians and is like all of my other rants about working for an airline, only better. Because it’s been spell-checked and grammar-checked by a professional team of editors and best of all, it’s not on this blog.
I love Matador Travel! I’ve been following your blog since your Japan days. Congratulations!
Thanks! Ha ha. That’s funny that you referred to that part of my life as my “Japan days”. That’s how I think of them, too. Anyways, good to know you still find this blog at least somewhat interesting after all this time. Thanks for reading!
So, so awesome! Congratulations! I can appreciate what a big accomplishment this is for you, as a fellow writer. Here’s to many more published articles!
Congratulations 🙂
